Additional Information about Disneyland

As you can imagine, there are a LOT of Disneyland sites on the web, only a few of which I have listed below for space reasons. [All links on this page open in new windows so you won't lose your place here on the site.]

MISS THE OLD DISNEYLAND ATTRACTIONS?

WERNER W. WEISS maintains what I think is one of the most wonderful Disneyland sites ever created on the web, YESTERLAND, a re-creation of some of the park's most beloved and missed rides and attractions - featuring color photos along with complete descriptions. Stop by and visit!

VIRTUAL DISNEYLAND SITES

Since I don't offer any Disney graphics on my site due to the fact it has a sponsor, (and I just don't want to hassle with their lawers) the two sites below offer a wonderful way to see the park online that I cannot.

DONALD LAIRD'S A VIRTUAL TOUR OF DISNEYLAND. Allows you to click on each shot so that you can literally walk into the next vista and around Disneyland to see all the attractions that I talk about here in the D-I-G. Won't you "virtually" stop by and take the tour at THIS LINK.

DAPPER DANS

They only work weekdays now on Main St. but this barbershop quartet's history at the park has been amazing.  Stop by and visit Roger Driver's wonderful DAPPER DANS TRIBUTE PAGE and take a look at this Disneyland institution.  Includes recording and appearance information.

LOOKING FOR DAVID TOMITA'S PRESSED PENNY PAGE?

DAVID TOMITA'S Disneyland pressed penny page has moved to a whole new site of its own, and now even includes photos of all the pressed pennies. Make sure to visit the DISNEYLAND PRESSED PENNY GUIDE. THE definitive resource!

HIDDEN MICKEY LISTS: Many of you have asked about HIDDEN MICKEYS in the Disneyland attractions. (Disney Imagineers are fond of working in a "hidden" Mickey silhouette or image into every attraction they work on - they are usually only visible if you know where to look.) I don't have the room in this document to list all the ones at the Disneyland Resort, but TOM SHAW was kind enough to let me know that he now maintains a web site devoted to this at THIS LINK.

JEFF'S LOST WORLD was one of the first pages around that had wonderful Disneyland info, and even stuff on WDW. Jeff has updated his page with much faster loading graphics, and it's well worth the visit at THIS LINK.

LANI TESHIMA'S TRAVELITE SITE is the perfect page to visit BEFORE you get ready / pack for your trip.  She has the most incredible tips and tricks to help make the most efficient and convenient use of your carryalls - from the basics to luggage suggestions, clothing tips, electrical items you may need, and much more -- plus she gives great general travel advice too. Since we see her so often at Disneyland, you KNOW this stuff works!  If you can do as her site says, and travel with just one carry on - can you imagine how much stuff you can then buy and haul back with you from the park?  Well worth a visit if you ask me.  :)
