This trip consisted of myself, my mom and my grandparents. The 3 of them have owned Timeshare for years and this was an exchange thru RCI. This wasn't our 1st choice but the resverations dept. made an error and long story short, this is where we wound up.

The complex is very small, it looks like it was an apartment complex. It's 2 stories, no elevator, exterior entrances. Our unit had a master bedroom with full bath (the tub is high), a bedroom with 2 twins, full bath with a sink and vanity separate from tub and toilet. A living room w/ sleep sofa and a full kitchen. The unit was clean and they provided free mini-cleaning service on Wed. They took the trash, changed towels and ran the dishwasher.

While we were there they did some work on the parking area. This sometimes made finding a place to park difficult because it's so small to begin with. They have a small pool which faces Bryan's Lake. The dock was severely damaged from all the hurricanes so it was closed off, as was the jungle jim.

One thing to note, this resort is not well lit and you can easily drive past it at night. There are no neon signs, the driveway is very small and if you're coming from WDW down 535 you'll have to make a U-turn just past the resort.

There are no restaurants on site. Walking to one might be too far and sketchy on that part of 535. Also, the staff will pressure you into taking a tour of another resort. We lost 4 hours to save $15 on WDW tickets.

It was OK, but disappointing for an RCI/Timeshare.
