If you choose for the Good Morning Fantasyland option when booking a Disney-package, this is where you'll eat breakfast one hour before park opening.
The breakfast is well-done: you have different kinds of bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ... It's the same breakfast you get at e.g. the Santa Fe, but in a nicer place (in my opinion) Every time I go to Disney, I try to have reservations for breakfast here, but sometimes it's sold out many months upfront.
In the afternoon, they have "le gouter de Pinocchio", which is a warm drink and an warm apple pie with vanilla sauce for a reduced price. It is very good, especially during the winter when your ears are about to freeze off, but be prepared to wait in line forever! each time, I can't believe how long it takes to put 2 coffees and 2 pies on a tray. I once complained to guest relations about it, and they told me they were trying to find a solution for it; haven't been back since (solution: hire smarter people, that'll help!)
It's a nice place, nicely decorated, but not as clean later in the day.
