April 2004 / January 2002
September 04, 2005
Excellent atmosphere and preferred seating / reservation advised.
In 2002 it was a disaster with half empty tables and our party not seated for 3/4 hour. Main course served before starter. Waiter only spoke French (not dual language) - thankfully I speak French and demanded the maitre d' before walking out.
April 2004 - complete contrast - somebody has been kicking butt at DLP. Steaks are to die for. Grilled "onstage" - this means you can see your meal being prepared. Thanks to a brillaint air curtain you can see the grill, smell the steakl aroma but not have to experience the smoke. Waiters are dressed a la western and the menu is innovative: South Western American / Mexican - chicken breasts, ribs, steak, chicken fajitas, and desserts such as cheesecake and pecan pie. Beer and wine available. The interior decorations set this restaurant apart. Enjoy the atmosphere of a sophisticated restaurant without the hassle of leaving the park and dressing up. Children are allowed, but might not enjoy the more subdued atmosphere. Vegetarian option available.
You may fing the price high. (Expect to pay over 15 euros per mea), although a fixed price menu is also available.
