First, one thing is important here:
THEY DO NOT GIVE FREE REFILLS ON SOFT DRINKS!
That being said, our service was pretty good, and the food was good as well. Most of it was the standard Planet Hollywood menu found in America, but there were more than a few French items added into the mix to make sure they covered all the bases.
We went for dinner, and we only waited a few minutes to be seated. The restaurant has two levels and is designed a lot like the Planet Hollywood at Walt Disney World.
I had the Chicken Caesar Salad and a Pina Colada, both of which were very good. It's been a while, so I don't remember what everyone else had. But overall we all had a good time.
Three out of the five in our group were Disneyland Cast Members, and we told our waiter that when I handed him my Disney I.D. for our discount. A nice guy, but a little bit of a depressing encounter: "You're from Florida?" "No, we work at Disneyland." "In Florida?" "No, the REAL Disneyland, in California!" "There's a Disneyland in California?"
Our hearts broke a little, but the food was good.
Although I highly recommend eating at Planet Hollywood during your stay at Disneyland Paris, I refuse to rate the food itself higher than a 3 simply because I couldn't get my Sprite refilled. Now, it might not have been such a problem, but the Hard Rock Cafe Paris refilled with no problem two days later...
