I guess we're the first ones to review this motel. We booked through AAA last minute, so we only had a couple of motels available to us. We would have liked to stay closer to the park, but Pavilions was the best priced for our budget. The Anaheim Transit is a good way to get to the parks, if you don't mind waiting under 1/2 hr. It is walkable, but during the summer it's a hot walk! We stayed 6 nights. It is a pretty quiet motel, no views of the park, though. The landscaping could use improvement(maybe some weeding & a few flowers). The pool & hot tub were clean & the rooms were clean, but rather in need of updating (sheets were threadbare). The bed pillows were uncomfortable & FLAT, so bring your own! I would suggest you request the second floor, though. I suspect the first floor guests hear the thudding of kids above them (considering the looks we got from guests below us!).Everything was fine until our checkout morning. We were still asleep at 8:15 am, the door opened, someone called out "housekeeping", & all 4 of us sat up startled in bed looking at the housekeeper. We had slept in a couple of mornings till 10:00 or so during our stay without housekeeping opening the door, & planned to get up about 9:30 to start our 7 hour car ride home. I guess the housekeeper decided to get us up and out of there our last morning (checkout is 12 noon!). I told the desk clerk about it, & she seemed unconcerned, so I told her I'll be writing a review about it. The only other concern one might have, is you need to drive to the Best Western down the street if you want to do laundry. Denny's is right next door, very clean, best Denny's food we've ever had, & wonderful wait staff. We ate there approx. 4x, different meals, & it was always uncrowded. Hope this review helps someone.
