We had stayed here many times before with no problems. Apparently the 3 years since our last visit makes all the difference. Our room was disgusting... didn't want to step foot in the bathroom! Bugs were crawling in and out of the alarm clock, and the chairs and floor were so stained I wouldn't put any of my things on them! Staff let us look in other rooms to see about switching, yet all were horrid! People around us were smoking pot, and screaming at the top of their lungs. When they finally upgraded our room (and wanting an extra $30 a night, which we refused to pay considering the circumstances!) there was much difference. The new room was actually quite clean in comparrison to the first, yet not worth what they wanted. We would never stay there again, DISGUSTING!

1st day at motel, our room was broken into and a bag containing cameras, CD players and wife's gameboy was stolen. The only people less helpfull than the motel management ("We've never had that happen here") was the Anaheim Police Department. ("If you would like to fill out a report, you'll have to come down to the station during regular business hours, Monday 9-5." This was at 2am Sunday morning when we found out about being robbed.)
