The BellaVista Lounge is lovely! The atmosphere is sort of Victorian, and one whole wall of the lounge is picture windows that give a great view of the lagoon area of DisneySea. My husband and I spent an hour or so there just resting our feet and enjoying the view one afternoon during our visit. We were not hotel guests, but were made to feel welcome anyway. We didn't have lunch, just drinks and appetizers, but the service was impeccable - quick, friendly and unobtrusive. Even though it was afternoon and the water show was going on in the lagoon (the view we had of the show was wonderful) we were never made to feel hurried or unwelcome because we weren't ordering meals (I have had this experience at other restaurants, but never at the Tokyo Disney Resort). It was chilly that day, and our waitress refilled my hot cocoa twice, yet only charged me for one cocoa. Prices were reasonable (factoring in of course that it's Japan, and everything is more expensive). The food was good, but I would have to say that the service stands out as the shining star!
