We only stopped in here for a snack, but were tremendously impressed. This might be my favorite theming of any eatery in DisneySea. They took such care to make it feel like a rough and ready South American cantina, right down to the water fountains made out of old pots and pans and the scratchy sounding Spanish radio playing in the background. The prices are fair and the food was good, if not particularly memorable. The main draw is that it's usually pretty empty in here, since it's tucked away from the main drag, and there's lots of seating in the shade!
