The Pool Courtyard

As we explore the hotel, we get views of the pool and commerce areas.

Above and below you can see the area behind the lobby, which contains a courtyard with
the pools. Bordering the pool are restaurants, a game arcade and entry corridor to the
new park. The Storyteller's Cafe entry is at the bottom center of the photo above.

Below is the panorama view back across the other direction, towards the new park. You can see
the Bear raft ride peeking out above the roofline, the domed building on the right is the Whoopee
Goldberg movie inside the park. There are two pools, the one on the right has a circular slide. You
may need to scroll a bit here to the right...

Let's take a walk to the end of the building above to take a closer look at the second pool
and glance back to where the photo above was taken from...

...looking back the other way across the rear pool, you can see the carnival area of the
new park, (Ferris wheel to the left, the Mad Mouse to the right) and the newly renamed
Paradise Pier (formerly Pacific) Disney hotel. The tree stump is the water slide.

Looking to the right of the photo above (below) is the view back across towards the lobby area.

Now we walk back along the way we came... keep in mind on the other side
of this wing is the new park's raft ride.

Let's see what's on down the walkway... behind you is a snack stand, the
sign in the middle indicates the health club, and the game arcade follows.

A peek inside the Arcade lets you see all those Nintendo addicts...

Adjacent to the arcade is the passageway to the new park (and its entry signs)...
