Restaurant Reservations (Priority Seating) |
| Disney uses the term "Priority Seating"
instead of reservation. Priority Seating means that your group will be seated
at the first table available for your party size once you check in. It does
not mean that a table is being held for you, and you may have to wait for
a table to come available.
Priority Seating reservations are available for all of the full-service resort hotel restaurants, most of the full-service Downtown Disney restaurants, the Character Meals and some of the full-service Disneyland and DCA restaurants through the Disney Dine Line. (714) 781-DINE. Reservations are accepted up to 60 days in advance. A "100% reservation" policy is being tested at some of the Disney-owned restaurants, and it's changing the way people view dining at the resort. In the past, those restaurants which took Priority Seating reservations only booked about half of their total capacity, leaving the remaining slots for stand-by visitors. The restaurants testing this new policy are opening 100 percent of their table inventory to Priority Seating, and those without a reservation may be turned away. The days of popping into Disneyland for a spontaneous Saturday lunch at the Blue Bayou may be history. But don't panic. As Walt Disney World regulars know, it is often possible to make same-day reservations, and walk-ups will be accepted to fill any open slots or to cover cancellations. Priority Seating reservations are available at the following full-service restaurants:
You can make reservations at the remaining Downtown Disney locations by calling the restaurant directly.
