Accommodations Review:

My family, 2 adults, 1 teen & 1 elementary were a little disappointed that the room had a small bathroom (very difficult with 2 women and 1 girl). Also...no coffee pots. Ask for a fridge, its available at N/C.

Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

Convenience. Which it turned out not to be on one night.

Room # and Location Description:

2313, Marina tower

Room Location Pros & Cons:

Could see fireworks at night, but other than that there was no pros. Lots of garbage on rooftop below.

Check-In / Check-Out Comments:

Very nice staff. We flew in, rented car and paid the valet guy $5.00 cash. They charged us another $5 which apparently automatically goes on your bill. I guess the valet guy thought this was a tip. They graciously took this off of my bill, however.

Disneyland Transportation Comments:

POOR!!!!!!! On 6/21 we stayed until the park closed; 12am, got on the shuttle and it broke down. They actually made us all walk from the park to the DH. Since there is a lot of construction going on, this walk is over 1 mi. There were many upset people, having to walk small children since they had left their rented strollers in Disneyland. I felt unsafe and very mad!!!

Restaurant / Lounge Review:

Well if your kids like chicken nuggets, that's about their only choice for food anywhere in the restaurants or park. Except of course, breakfast. Goofy's Kitchen was very nice and the food very good.

Pool Description / Comments:

HELP!@ Sanitation problem on 6/20? and they closed the pool 1/2 hour after we arrived. Kept it closed for 5 hours which was very disheartening after just settling in and finding a chair close to pool.

What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This Resort?

Don't waste your money. I mean it...We wanted the whole Disney experience, but have experienced much better for much less money. This was more disheartening and disappointing than anything.
