There's no need to use a shuttle. It's directly in front
of the Disneyland crosswalk. It would take more time
waiting/boarding/unloading a shuttle than to just walk across
the street |

We stayed in the standard room. It has a king size bed and
a mid-sized couch that opened into a sleeper. I understand
that you can also get two queens instead of the one king, but
since my husband is 6'8", we needed a king. The room was
pretty large for a standard size room. This resort was just
completing a refurbish, so we were able to enjoy new carpet,
new furniture, new bathroom fixtures, new TV, etc. There is
also a small table against the wall, right next to the TV
armoire. They also had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee
maker and hair dryer. There was a typical hotel pool and a
covered hot tub next to it. The lobby personnel were very
helpful and polite. There is a small gift/toiletries shop
inside the lobby. The free continental breakfast was the
typical cardboard stuff. You do, however, have the option of
going to a restaurant next door to have a plate of pancakes
instead. But you would have to buy coffee, juice or milk with
it, since all they give you is the plate of pancakes. We just
went to LaBrea Bakery at Downtown Disney for breakfasts. It
was our vacation, and we were darned if we were going to eat
cardboard for breakfast! Overall, we would be pretty hard
pressed to find something wrong with Park Place. You could do
better, but for sure, you could do a whole lot worse! |
