Park Shuttle Comments: |
The shuttle service was great! We could always rely on
taking the shuttle back and forth from the park. One night we
had a late dinner at the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney
and we knew that the last shuttle bus had already come. I
called anyway and they gladly sent somebody to pick us up.
What great Service! |

Accommodations Review: |
The rooms were nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable
and had down comforters and large decorative pillows to
complete the decor. We had a deluxe room which was slightly
larger than the standard but all of the amenities are the same
in both rooms. There was a mini refrigerator (which comes in
handy if you have kids), a blow dryer, iron & ironing
board, and more than 50 channels on the TV. |
Rate/Night (for your stay): |
$72.00 plus tax (upgraded from standard to deluxe) |

Restaurant/Lounge Review: |
The hotel had a nice complimentary extended continental
breakfast. You definitely did not leave there hungry. They had
cereal (3 choices), oatmeal, toast, bagels, variety of fruit, muffins,
Danishes and croissants, coffee, tea, orange &
apple juice & milk. Very nice buffet - it was always neat
& clean. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
The pool was nice and never crowded. They also had a
nicely heated kiddie pool. It was 1 1/2 feet deep and the kids
absolutely loved it! The hot tub was a little on the crowded
side but it was nice & relaxing. |
Other Comments: |
We went during the week of the attack on America and
Tuesday, September 11th was my birthday (lucky me). But Debra
Beerup (the Director of Sales & Marketing) had stepped in
that day to help everybody understand what was going on and
try and find things for people to do. She was VERY accommodating. She sent me up a beautiful basket for my
birthday complete with fresh baked cookies! Her efforts were
so very much appreciated during such a difficult time. I would
definitely recommend this motel to
anybody. |
