Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Staff were rude
(speaking in Spanish over my head--little did they know I
understood them ;) waited for an hour for room (wasn't cleaned
yet). Renovation in progress (Disney Travel told me it would
be Holiday Inn when we arrived, but had just begun renovation when
we came). Smelly refrigerator for $5 per night. Broken exit
door that nearly fell on my kids--told manager and all he said
"yeah we know." Disneyland made this a livable
experience...I WILL NOT RETURN in the
future!!! |
