Shuttle was typically 5-15 minutes late and took an indirect
route to Disneyland, stopping at about 4 other hotels. The
hotel is not within comfortable walking distance of the park
so the shuttle is necessary. It didn't pull up to the front
door of the inn, you had to wait out by the street. It was
less convenient than we had hoped. |

The hotel was clean and newer, the staff was friendly and
helpful. We liked having indoor corridors which made it feel
very safe. The entrance was secure and their was an employee
at the front desk 24 hours a day. The hotel is on the corner
of Katella and the I-5 freeway. We requested a room that
wasn't on the freeway side on an upper floor (5th) and it was
very quiet. |
