The shuttle system worked very well- they were always on
time and the shuttle vans were attractive, clean and had great
air conditioning! (It was very hot that week). The drivers
were also very courteous. |

The exterior of the facility is very nice but the room was
just okay. Actually, we were given a really bad room when we
first checked in but the front desk moved us upon request. We
talked with a few other guests who had had the same experience
so I think they try to give sub-standard rooms to unsuspecting
guests on occasion. Luckily I had researched accommodations
pretty thoroughly and knew what our room was supposed to look
like. The second room was really more like a motel room but it
was a huge improvement over the first. We were supposed to
have a room overlooking the pool but they put us on the other
side facing the parking lot. The pool area was very pretty so
we were a little disappointed... |

There was one restaurant and a little lounge just a few
steps away from the front desk. The restaurant (Poppy's) was
very clean and service was great. It offers a fair variety of
food at a good price and we never had to wait too long for our
meal. The lounge was small but the service was good. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
The pool area was very nice. There is a children's fountain, hot tub and a variety of patio
furniture - we never
had a problem finding a space. The landscaping is very lush -
lots of palm trees, flowers and plants. The area is kept up
nicely and the pool always appeared clean. |
Other Comments: |
I think the exterior and pool area were very nice but the
rooms left a lot to be desired. We are planning a return trip
in the spring and I doubt we will be staying there again. It
is advertised as a first class hotel but I think it is much
closer to a
motel.... |
