Never ate there. In the rooms they posted they had room
service but when we tried to use it. The restaurant said they didn't
do that. |

I thought the staff there were very rude. I didn't seem to
get much help from them at all. When I had a question, they
seemed like they did not want to bother with me. My son left a
Pokemon stuffed animal in his bed. never to be seen again. We
asked about it, and they made us go down to laundry and look
for it. It never showed up. One can only wonder where it is.
Although the hotel was nice for the money, the service was
AWFUL and I will never stay there again. We are going back in
a couple of months and staying at the Disneyland Resort. Spend
a little bit more money, but I know the service will live up
to the cost.
