Shuttle was great, ran every 1/2 hour. Walked over most
mornings but after a full day took the shuttle back. Never had
to wait more than 5 minutes. |

The room was nice and clean however each night I had to
remake the bed because the maid hadn't made it with the bottom
sheet centered in the middle of the bed. One side wasn't even
long enough to tuck it in. That was a minor problem but the
one that really upset me and because of this I will probably
not ever stay there again.
There was a problem with our Disney
passports. We purchased the three day flex passport from the
hotel. The cost was the same ($111.00) as it was through
Disney. We picked them up on Tuesday morning and I looked at
the back and the ticket did not include early entry. So I went
back to the lobby and spoke the the person behind the desk and
was told that the tickets we buy from them didn't include the
early entry even though it was the same price. I asked him
what I needed to do to get early entry and with a very smug
look and rude attitude was told "nothing". Not a good way to
start off our trip to Disneyland. I did go to city hall at Disneyland
and they couldn't understand why it didn't include
the early admission. They did comp us three early admission's
so we were able to take advantage of it. Howard Johnson's
could take some customer service lessons from Disneyland.
On
our last day my step daughter was flying back to Minneapolis
and I asked if we could check out one hour late so she would
be able to change since we were in shorts. I was told
absolutely not and not even offered any other options as to
where she could go and change. So we packed a back pack, got a
locker at Disneyland and she changed there. The employees were
very rude and not very accommodating, that will keep me away
from here in the
future.
