It was a shuttle shared by other hotels. We had to wait
for long periods of time. It totally missed one scheduled
pick-up so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it, and we
finally had to walk back from the park at one point in our
trip. |

We had a suite with two queen beds and a sitting area with
a sleeper-sofa. The room was dirty and the ceiling dripped
water. The bathroom was tiny and hard to get around in. The
furniture was pretty worn and very loud and squeaky. |

There were no restaurants, but they did provide a "buffet"
breakfast. It was not very good. Scrambled eggs, potato cakes
and donuts. The quality was poor. We skipped it the following
day. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
The pool was very small and located right off of the
parking garage. It was overrun with older kids and we didn't
use it much. They did provide towels at the pool, which was
nice. |

When we were packing our bags to leave, we looked for a
lost sandal and searched under the sofa-sleeper in the living
area. We found two syringe needles under there! We have three
kids - one of them is a two year-old! It scared us to think
that she could have gotten into those! I called the front desk
and they said they would take care of it. We read a review on
this site about this hotel and it sounded great! We were very
disappointed. Next time we will stay either on the grounds, or
at one located right across the street from the park. Being
able to walk would be a big plus and many of the other hotels
around there looked a lot nicer than ours. I would definitely
ask friends for suggestions if they have been to the area!
Everyone we talked to at the hotel said they were very
disappointed in the hotel and would never stay there again.
This came from five different families from different parts of
the country. But Disneyland was
great! |
