The lobby has undergone a recent renovation and is
spectacular. Room renovations aren't coming soon enough. Our
FIRST room we were given smelled musty and was filthy. We were
shocked because Hyatt has a great reputation. We requested a
new room, front desk was courteous. The different room was
much better, but still not up to Hyatt standards as far as we
are concerned. Renovations of rooms are just getting underway,
and when done, we hope they are up to snuff. |
