This resort is BRAND new, the decor is absolutely gorgeous.
Amazingly, the pictures on their site are pretty accurate. The
two bedrooms are separated by the bathrooms, maximizing
privacy. Three TV's kept everyone happy. A happy surprise was
the CD/Stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen (complete
with toaster and microwave and washer and dryer) came in very
handy, as was the Publix grocery store less than a mile away.

This was a disappointment for us--the lobby area was still
under construction while we were there. Check in was being
done from a "model" room, and there were no on property
restaurants---nor were there any within walking distance. In
the long run, it didn't matter as we planned our "major event"
meals at WDW and fixed our in between meals in the
kitchens. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
The Pool was open every night until 1 am, and we made the
most of it--we were there every night until closing playing
water volleyball with the equipment provided and just plain
relaxing by in the very large hot tub. (There was a group of
30 of us in five different Villas.) The pool features a
waterfall with a walkway that goes underneath it--many of the
group enjoyed diving through the waterfall or just plainly
posing for pictures beneath it. |

We LOVED this place--and the rates were incredible. (These
are not the posted rates on the Vistana website. We got these
rates from http://www.hotelkingdom.com) Essentially, we got
two full size hotel rooms, complete with two full size
bathrooms--for much less than the cost of two hotel rooms
anywhere else. An added bonus were a full kitchen (including
washer and dryer), dining room and living room with sleeper
sofa and a screened in porch accessible from both the living
room and the master bath. Did I mention the two person
whirlpool tub in the master
bathroom? |
