While the house was very nice, at the
end of my stay, the lady from the management company was very very
rude to me. I thought I would be getting back my $100 deposit when
I checked out. But she told me that I wouldn't be getting it back
until 1-2 weeks afterwards. When I questioned her, she got very
defensive, and when I returned my keys on check out day, she
closed the door in my face!
The house was a very nice house, and the area was very nice.
But frankly I would never rent from Chatham Park Management
Company again because the people were not helpful at all, and they
were downright rude at the end of my stay. |
