This shuttle service is TERRIBLE. It either came late or
early, one day it had no air conditioning. If it rains the one
bus leaked so bad you couldn't even sit in the back because of
it. The one driver drove so fast you just held your breath in
hopes he wouldn't wreck. |

It was pretty nice. We had a view of the pool. Our room had
two double beds with a sofa bed a table with two chairs, also a
dresser that the TV sat on and beside it was a closet that
allowed you to store your empty suitcases in and hang your
clothes. The bathroom facility was clean with plenty of clean
towels everyday. We had a small fridge with a microwave that
sat on top. The safe and phone cost extra. Very pleased with
the room. Never felt real cramped with it being a family of
four. |

The pool was nice. Very big and warm. My kids loved it.
Kept clean and was never crowded. The hot tub/spa was just
that, hot! It felt so good to relax in. |

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is
friendly and helpful. It's clean. The only thing that ruined
it for us was the shuttle service. If you plan on staying at
any hotel that offers free shuttle service to WDW ask what
company it is. If they tell you Skytram STAY AWAY, or rent a
car. |
