Standard room has 2 double beds. 1st stay was 6 years
earlier with pool view and enjoyed staying. This time out had
ground floor room in the building behind the
reservation/restaurant building, smoking room (non-smoker,
hated it). It was a good value. Maid service was good. Parking
was tight. Just enough spaces for guests. It was adequate if
all you're interested in is a place to bathe and sleep. No
fridge, but did provide coffee maker and blow dryer. |

Pool side Tiki bar was ok. The bartender is friendly as
is much of the staff. Haven't eaten in the restaurant since
'95. Food was average then. Cafeteria and restaurant on site.
Pool side view is the best rooms. Close to other fun
attractions and shopping. Not a bad place to stay for the
money. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
Pool had 4' minimum depth. No shallow end for small
children. Playground is in poor repair with plenty of
opportunities to get splinters. However, the white beach sand
is deep and fun for little kids to play in. |

Going back to WDW Jan 2002 and will try staying in Comfort
Inn Lake Buena Vista. Haven't read any good reviews about it
either. But I am not interested in decor, just
snore! |
