Inconvenient. Stood waiting for shuttle for almost an hour
& half outside Animal Kingdom. Had to go back inside park
to call hotel. They sent taxi. Luckily the taxi driver was
polite. |

Accommodations Review: |
Hotel was under construction when we arrived, something
the hotel didn't advise the travel agent of. We were one of
two occupants in the tower where the construction was in
progress. No apologizes made - no suggestion that we move to a
different room. We had to walk around and over construction
materials, past construction workers with swimsuits on. Room
was clean. Hotel supplied coffee pot, but no cups. Had to
purchase them at Walmart. |

Restaurant/Lounge Review: |
Breakfast buffet terribly expensive - over $60.00 US for 2
kids and 2 adults. Some of us eating no more than a muffin or
toast. There was also a coffee shop that was convenient for
milk and evening snacks. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
Pool was cold - for October (even in Florida) you would
think it would be heated, as advertised. We really like to
have a pool at our hotel, so we did go in it, but others
walked by because it was too cold. My husband, who likes to
use the hotel exercise room, was discouraged from using it.
The hotel room card key was supposed to open the exercise room
but it didn't work. When he asked the hotel for access, no one
else could open the door for him. I think it was under
construction too, but didn't want us to know that. |

This is the last time I will ever stay at a Four Points
Hotel (obviously). It's been two years since we stayed there
and still the memory doesn't fade. Thank goodness DISNEY was everything
we expected and more! Four Points is one of the
reasons we are looking into becoming DVC members - to take the
MYSTERY out of the hotel
experience. |
