The layout of the room was the best part about this hotel.
We stayed in a "kidsuite" which is a standard room with a
partitioned off area containing bunk beds, a small youth sized
bed, a dresser and TV. A small adult (grandma) fit in the
youth sized bed but the bunks were kind of a squeeze for
teenager. The room also had a refrigerator and small microwave
and plenty of cupboards. There was little counter space,
however, for any food preparation and a small table in the
room with only 2 chairs. We requested additional chairs but
they said that would be impossible. My main complaint was that
the room was run down and dirty. There was minimal cleaning
done each day, and the beds were sloppily made up--several
times we found the sheets laying folded up under the top
bedspread. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There
were many things broken or in disrepair...the toilet handle
was broken, there was mildew on the bathroom ceiling, the refrigerator
had a bad smell, there were stains on the chairs
and bedspreads, the clothesline to dry your swimming suits on
was broken, etc. Also, there was a cricket (Jiminy?) somewhere
in the room that chirped all night, not a horrible noise but
irritating nonetheless. And the air conditioner was about 1
foot away from the bed and blew across you all night to the
point it was nearly frigid! In addition the laundry room was
filthy, there was trash all over the floor and ants crawling
in the lint traps of the dryers, several of the washing
machines were broken. |

We did not eat in the restaurant, but ate once in the food
court. It was not good, just fast food type, and not a good
selection. |

Pool Description/Comments: |
The main pool was OK, but nothing special. It was usually
crowded and loud. The second pool, near the laundry room was
less crowded, but it was not clean. There was dirt on the
bottom and bugs floating all over. |
Other Comments: |
If they simply made some repairs and cleaned it up, this
would be an adequate place to stay for the price. The way it
is now, however, I could not recommend it highly.
