Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We stayed in
a two bedroom townhouse with our family of four and my mom. The
furnishings were a bit worn, but we had plenty of space to
stretch. The kitchen was fully equipped. The dryer did not work
well. We also had a screened porch. We saw a lot of
birds on the grounds.
The rooms in the five story buildings are supposed to be newer
and more luxurious and have whirlpools. We also had two TVs.
The rack rate for our townhouse ranged from $131-$$207
depending on the season. We booked ours through a timeshare
reseller called Leisure Link International that I found on the
go2orlando.com website. |

There is a poolside bar- Shipwreck Sally's. They
have a small sandwich menu, but the one time we tried to get a
sandwich, they were out. We had some ice cream and a strawberry
daiquiri one night.. |

My kids enjoyed the Liki Tiki Lagoon pool there,
which was Polynesian themed and had several slides. It closed at
dusk. The other two pools stayed open until midnight. |

The staff was very friendly, but seemed somewhat
disorganized. There was a lot of confusion about how my mom should
arrange for the shuttle the day she wanted to go off on her own.
The resort had all types of sport equipment you could check out
at no fee, including fishing poles and bicycles.
There were several activities planned poolside, but we didn't
go. We were invited to a free breakfast which was probably also a
timeshare pitch, but we declined. No one badgered us. |
