The house was extremely comfortable and convenient
to the parks. Aside from the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths we had a
Living room, Dining room, Eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry
room, 2 car garage and private pool. I estimate about 1800-2000
sq. ft. of living space. |

when I arrived I was given a 3 bedroom for the same price. |

Hurricane Georges was threatening our area and my
husband was going on duty (he's a firefighter) for the storm so he
asked me if I wanted to go to Orlando to wait out the storm (Silly
question!) After several calls and many "we're booked"
or $100+ for a hotel room we called Premier and they told us to
come on over. So I packed the girls and the dog and took off. We
are DVC members and have always stayed on-site but if we ever have
to stay off-site again, I will definitely rent a home! You get
much more for your money! And the girls loved having a private
pool. Storage space is great also. We had a large
walk-in closet in the master bedroom, nice size closets in the
other 2 bedrooms, coat closet at the entrance, each bath had a
linen closet, and the kitchen had a large pantry plus each room
had plenty of drawer space. Since for all intents and purposes we
weren't really on vacation, and we had just returned home from our
12 day vacation just 5 days before, I did use the kitchen quite a
lot. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away where we could stock
up.
