Upon arrival bell hop service was EXCELLENT! They
opened our vehicle door, assisted us with the bags and escorted us
to the reservations desk. The rooms are spacious, w/separate
living area w/sleeper sofa and a door to separate the beds from
the living area. . Mini kitchenette. Bathroom didn't have
vent/fan. Bathroom towels had stains on them, but we had them
replaced immediately. No iron and board, but available upon
request for 20 minutes at a time, plus you have to sign for it. If
not returned within 20 minutes, you will be charged $25. I found
that unusual. The rooms were clean and my son enjoyed the Disney
channel, while I watched the other cable channels in the living
area. The full American buffet was nice, with pancakes, waffles,
sausage, bacon, biscuits, juice, coffee, etc. Travel services
available in the lobby. Was offered to view a time share and
receive 2 free theme park tickets. Didn't take the offer. Gift
shop w/mini mart. Overall, the experience was nice. |
