Hotel has just undergone major renovation. Rooms are
all new, and include coffee maker with complimentary coffee, hair
dryers, irons and ironing boards. Housekeeping staff is
excellent. Front desk personnel are outstanding. There are 400+
rooms on 6 guest floors, and handicap accessible rooms are
available. Safes are provided in each room. Hotel is usually
very quiet. Rooms are available with 2 doubles, 1 king, or they
have "kid's suites" with 1 king bed, and a separate area
for the kids with 2 bunk beds, 1 twin bed, and their own TV.
Speaking of TV, each room has a 25" TV with Movies and
PlayStation available on a pay per view basis. Local channels and
HBO, ESPN, CNN, etc. are free. |

Lucy's lounge in lobby is typical hotel
"lobby-bar". Happy hour 5-7PM. Excellent service-
especially from Lucy! Au Bon Pain deli, also in lobby,
serves, snacks, soups ,bagels, sandwiches, etc. |

Very large pool with separate kid's pool with
"dancing waters". Towels available at pool. Lots
of lounge chairs. Always kept very clean. |

Lobby has complete business center- fax, computer
printer, FedEx drop box, private workstations and desks w/
supplies. All local and toll free calls are free, including
those made from the numerous phones in the lobby, business center,
deli, and lounge. Power posts with data jacks are located
throughout the lobby. An excellent hotel to stay at with the kids
when you are there on business. Hotel also has exercise room and
game room. It is located just off Disney property, near Crossroads
shopping area at the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd. Property was
formerly a Days Inn. I have stayed there numerous times, and have
never been disappointed. |
