Less than 20 minutes via car. On the
complimentary shuttle, some drivers were not very friendly, some
overload the shuttle. if you have anyone handicap they are not
happy to wait for them to cross street to board bus when it is
early. There aren't any runs out to Disney in late
afternoon, so if you have to return someone to hotel for whatever
to return later in day is impossible |

Had requested and verified that we have handicap
room with 2 doubles had 1 double and 1 single. never had fresh
bedding, some days beds weren't made unless by ourselves. Also
told could get room around 12 noon, but weren't able until 4 p.m.
Very dissatisfied with entire facility. No hospitality room,
no coffee makers except to rent or pay $1.68 per cup from on site
store. |

Only restaurant is buffet... open for breakfast,
dinner only - no lunch. Food quality terrible, service worse.
Tip is automatically added when bill is totaled.
Servers not the least friendly or caring in their job performance.
Not at all worth the amount charged for tip much less amount for
food bill. |

Pools were small and busy all times of day. No
one wanted to stay in the depressing small dingy rooms. One
pool is heated the other not. |

The entire stay at this hotel was very depressing.
Staff seemed to only be there to get time in...all could use some
guest relations classes or not be working with the public.
Not for anything would I waste my time and money ever staying at
this hotel again . |
