2 Standard 2 double bed rooms with connecting doors,
Very small, not much to
them, AC didn't work, bathroom was small and had mildew in it.
Also, furniture needed replacement and just along with the rest of
the
facility needed at TOTAL facelift!! |

Pool were fairly small but VERY small for such a big
motel. It was always busy and just to crowded to ever try to get
in. We were provided towels but the only swimming we did was
at Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. |

We left off back in October on my last Disney trip
in 1998 at Hampton Inn Sand Lake Road and Port Orleans. Both were
far superior to this hotel and I will probably not stay here
again. I stayed here because I got a special AAA rate and I could
not get any rooms inside the Disney property as they were sold out
many months in advance.
Now back to the present, my opinion was not very good of this
hotel. It did not ruin our vacation because to me a hotel is
nothing more than a bed and somewhere to sleep but the conditions
in the room, around the resort, and the staff was not very nice or
caring. Room service was terrible as it looked like they spent 5
minutes in the room. Sometimes the beds weren't even made so
we had to make them. Had some ants and mildew problems in bathroom
which didn't get much attention from staff. The whole facility
overall was just very poor and bad. Unless I got a rate of under
$45, I would never stay there again. Also, other
people weren't happy as well as we saw people check out before
just to get out and asking for refunds.
