We had our own car, there was a shuttle there that
ran late into the evening.
Travel time to the Disney parks was approximately 10 minutes
(to get to a parking lot). About 12 minutes to the Universal
parking lot. Very convenient location. |

Restaurant/Lounge Review:
|
Restaurant is located in Atrium lobby area. Very
good food, good variety, reasonably priced. Very nice atmosphere
while eating to be able to look up and all over the hotel. Lounge
was centered in restaurant and covered. |

Very nice, large, plenty of chairs, landscaping very
well done. Kiddie pool also very big. Outside bar as well by

Other Comments:

Free buffet breakfast starting at 6:30; included
coffee, juices, milk, eggs, omelets, waffles, bacon, sausage,
Danishes, bagels, cold and hot cereals, etc.
In the evening, they serve complimentary drinks and snacks:
soda pop, coffee, margaritas, beer, bottom shelf alcohol, also had
popcorn.
They have a concierge desk n the lobby to help
with/restaurants/directions/etc.
They have two entry doors, one at front, one on side. The one
on the side is locked from outside after 10pm for security
reasons. I really liked this feature.
I really cannot say one bad thing about our 2 night stay. It was
well worth what we paid and more. My kids loved it and want
to go back. The Kids Club was great. My son who has asthma did
well (meaning everything in room was very clean). He has numerous
allergies to dust and mites, etc. The staff treated us
wonderfully. Anytime I phoned for anything, they were there within
5-10 minutes; called once for more pillows and once for a burned
out light bulb. Maintenance man was there approximately 3 minutes
after I laid the phone down. They emphasize that if you are not
100% satisfied your stay is free. I bet they do not have too many
free stays. I can't wait to go back.
Excellent off site resort to stay at.
