I have never been more misled in my life. My wife and I
decided that the "kid-suite" concept was perfect for us, as it
was reasonably priced for our trip... but what I didn't
realize is that the walls of the "kid-suite" didn't go floor
to ceiling. That wouldn't have been so bad if our daughter was
a bit older, but she was only two at the time, and needless to
say, as adults we weren't prepared to extinguish all of the
lights and the television when the little one went to sleep
for the evening at 7:30 PM. When we complained that we had
been told the walls were floor to ceiling, we were immediately
moved to another room. However, this new room had a carpet in
it that was absolutely filthy. The television reception was
poor, the crib sent to our room was in a poor state of repair
and the crib's mattress was stained! Enough was enough... so
we called our favorite resort, the Embassy Suites resort on
Palm Parkway. They gave us a suite at a comparable rate, so we
put our luggage back in the rented minivan and checked out! I
wouldn't recommend the Sunspree to anyone. |
