Noreen adds to the list of trips reports from solo travelers. A conference for work has her in the area anyway and she decided she might as well spend some time using her annual pass.

Once you buy that annual pass you suddenly find yourself making extra trips to
Walt Disney World. For Noreen, 2002 became a year in which she was to go at least
three times, this report is for the first of those trips.

- Comments: Camelia tells us the
story of her family's third visit to WDW (and all within about a year). The detail
of the report is just right, with plenty of information (and hints and tips for
folks that will be traveling with kids) and a good dose of pixie dust to really
make it fun.

- Comments: The Tussey tribe enjoyed a
blow-out trip to WDW... perhaps the last one all together as a family (as the
kids are quickly moving into the college years). This is a fun report, and the
episode with Ethan (Tod's eldest son) getting into the hot seat in Who Wants to
be a Millionaire - Play It! is worth reading.

- Comments:
Sheila and John enjoyed a shorter trip to WDW in May. Here's Sheila's conclusions
from the trip, "For this trip we wanted to do some things we hadn't done
before, to do and see some things that we hadn't experienced for a long time,
and to repeat some of our favorites. We did not want to be in "commando"
mode. I think we accomplished what we set out to do... Our lesson-learned is that
it is much more convenient to stay at one of the Disney resorts, particularly
with regard to bus transportation.

- Comments: As
Michael writes about this vacation, "What started our as a once-in-a-lifetime
trip has somehow taken on a life of its own, and has now turned into an annual
event." And at the conclusion of the report, he comments, "I'm
not sure if it really is "Disney Magic" that makes these trips so special
or if it's just being away from the ongoing intrusions of the real world, spending
quality time with two of the people that I love the most. Whatever it is... we'll
be going back for as long as conditions will allow."

This is a VERY short single pager, half-a-cup-of-coffee report. A couple
of key comments are about in-room babysitting and a great dinner at Victoria &
Albert's.

- Comments:
Here's a great report by a veteran WDW visitor and trip report writer. In
fact, this is Sheri's second trip this year... and I suspect there's more yet
in the works for 2002! As is usual, the report is incredibly detailed and
includes a great summary at the end.

- Comments: In
this report, Sue shares the story of a late May long (Memorial Day) weekend visit.
This is classic Holland... nicely detailed and filled with tidbits on the Comedy
Warehouse at Pleasure Island. (Note:
As Sue spent a great deal of time at Pleasure Island and in other adult venues,
on this trip, this report has some information that may not be appropriate for
young readers.)

- Comments: Kelly and her family
visited WDW for the very first time for a week long stay in mid-May. They
must have enjoyed themselves because they are planning a follow-up visit when
the younger kids are a bit older. Kelly provides lots of great advice throughout
the report.

- Comments: Jason and Lisa
visited WDW back in the Spring. They enjoyed stops at all of the parks, spent
quite a bit of time at Downtown Disney and the resorts, and just had a great trip
as Jason introduced Lisa to Walt Disney World for the first time.

knack of putting humor into the normal situations that a family runs into during
a trip to Walt Disney World.

Dianne and her boyfriend Kendall enjoyed a weeklong stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge
in late April. Dianne provides a bit more detail about the kinds of animal
interaction they enjoyed during their visit to the Lodge than do most reports.
Also, she provides a great deal of pre-trip detail and ends with a list of goods
and bads for the visit.

Karen and Terry visited WDW just to get away from it all for a week in late April
and early May. The weather was spectacular, the trip fantastic, and the
therapy... well, I'll let Karen tell you. ;)

Robin provides a nicely detailed, but "just the facts ma'am" kind of
report. If you're looking for a good idea of what a nine-year-old girl likes
and dislikes at WDW, this report would be a good one to check out.

- Comments: The Beverly gang
visited WDW for the second time. Last time was in June of 2001 and the heat
of Summer convinced Paula and Robin to visit in the Spring this time. One
great feature of this report is the "tip of the day" that is shared
throughout. There's also a great list of "lessons learned" at
the end.

Mark provides a fantastic play-by-play of the trip, but follows that up with an
excellent list of "the good, the bad, and the ugly," information on
performance to his budget, and his success against his list of objectives for
the trip (and it was a BIG list). I'll close this with Mark's own note,
"WARNING: I have a tendency to ramble on at great length. If you like short
summary reports, run for your life!"

- Comments:
David and his wife took their grand daughter, Erica, to WDW for a week long stay.
They stayed at the All Star Music Resort, and thoroughly enjoyed the extra special
maid service. This is a shorter report, but very fun to read.

- Comments: Here's
Robert's summary of the trip, "Husband and wife, and 12-year-old son. Spending
8 nights/7 days at the park. Frequent visitors to WDW (4 trips in 4 years). Last
year we bought into the DVC, so this is our first trip using our points. While
we're down here, we'll have our 21st wedding anniversary, and my son's 13th birthday.
Since we've been down here a lot, we're not trying to ride everything, just do
what we want to do and relax."

Rob provides us with a great play-by-play report of a BIG family trip (twelve
people all told) staying offsite in mid-April. The group split time between
WDW and Universal. Some of the folks in the party visited Discovery Cove
to swim with the dolphins. Rob enjoyed the Keys to the Kingdom Tour and
gives us his impressions of that event.

- Comments: Keith
provides a great report on his family's visit in mid-April. He summarizes
with his own list of conclusions, which is also valuable to read if you're planning
your own upcoming trip. The Kobland's had a great trip, with lots of good
service and tons of great memories.

Here Sue tells us the story of her latest long-weekend trip to WDW. Concentrating
on everything but the parks (where have I heard that before?), she spent a lot
of time just enjoying the resort and, of course, the Comedy Warehouse on Pleasure
Island. (Note:
As Sue spent a great deal of time at Pleasure Island and in other adult venues,
on this trip, this report has some information that may not be appropriate for
young readers.)
