- Travel Method: Plane, rental car
- Resort: YCR, BCR, Offsite
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: Pat Sajack doesn't play a role in many trip reports, but he does in this one. Noreen's husband was called up to be on Wheel of Fortune the day they were supposed to return from WDW, and thus visiting WDW and Disneyland in a single trip came to be.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, shuttle
- Resort: ASMuR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Elementary, Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: When you're making your third trip to Disney World in the same year, apparently your extended family might start to wonder about you. But expiring annual passes and a business conference are all the excuse needed by Jeneice and her family to risk that familial doubt.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: PORFQ
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran,
Frequent, Infrequent, Rookie, DVC Member
- Comments: After visiting WDW back in February,
Lisa and Keith decided to visit kid-less for a few days in August.
Lisa's summary states, "Walt Disney World is great for
people of all ages. Some of my friends think we are crazy for
spending adult time at Disney World, but we had a wonderfully
exciting trip, and got to see so much of everything." Short
trip, short report, but fun to read.

- Comments: Wendy's intro to her summary comments
states, "WDW was so wonderful. This was definitely the
best family vacation we've ever had. Considering the fact
that this was WDW, it was surprisingly stress free and relaxing.
And, it was stinkin' FUN! I did learn a few things about touring
in August, and had one "aha!" moment." I'll
let you read to find out the details.

his family's trip. Not only does Chris describe what happened
during the vacation, he provides excellent opinions and reviews
of what he and his family liked and disliked -- extremely valuable
information for trip planners to be able to refer to.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: Downtown Disney Hotel
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent
- Comments: Fred visited his friend in Tampa
and they drove over for a full day at the Disney MGM Studios
while he was in town. This is a very detailed report of a whirlwind
trip.

- Ages Represented in Group: Elementary, Teen,
Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent,

- Comments: Daryn won a bid on an "Ultimate
Day of Magic" at the Magic Kingdom on Ebay. Daryn focuses
his report on that day. If you enjoy behind-the-scenes information
about WDW, you'll definitely enjoy this report.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: AKL
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: Sheri wrote me and said, "I
hesitated to send this one to you because I feel I might be
overloaded at mouseplanet. So if you don't use it, that's fine.
But we did a lot of nature watching and enjoying Boardwalk entertainment
and meeting friends. I do promise you I'll leave you alone until
the Thanksgiving trip." I certainly don't think that any
trip report writer is "overloaded" here at MousePlanet!
The more trip reports the better!
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: PORR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Elementary, Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Rookie
- Comments: A concise summary, in Charley's words,
"While I'm still amazed at the people who visit Disney
four times a year or even yearly, I have to admit that WDW makes
for a great vacation, and I think that you get your money's
worth... I had initially wondered what we would do at the parks
for 6 days, but actually we didn't get to a lot of things."
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: OKWRR, Offsite
- Accommodations: Standard Room, Suite
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran,
DVC Member
- Comments: Sue stretched a long weekend into
an eleven day trip when she found that she had to attend a business
meeting in the Orlando area. As usual, Sue spends a significant
amount of time at Pleasure Island on this trip. (Note:
As Sue spent a great deal of time at Pleasure Island and in
other adult venues, on this trip, this report has some information
that may not be appropriate for young readers.)
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: FWC
- Accommodations: Campsite (Tent)
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Infrequent
- Comments: Margaret and her parents "roughed
it" by staying in a tent. This is a rare Fort Wilderness
Campground trip report, so the additional details of how to
enjoy a WDW visit while staying there makes this a relatively
unique report.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Shuttle Service
- Resort: ASMuR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Elementary, Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Infrequent,
Rookie
- Comments: David provides a great report of
his family's five day visit to WDW in early August. This was
the first trip for daughter Marie, and David and his wife Amy
hadn't been to WDW in years, so this is almost an all-rookie
report.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: ASMoR, VBR, OKWR, AKL
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Elementary, Teen,
Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent
- Comments: This is "Larry's A to Z of a
Trip Report." I'll leave Mr. Wilmot to explain that designation,
but in any case, this is another classic Wilmot blockbuster.
In a classic -- although alliterated -- summary style, Larry
provides all of the details of his family's Summer visit to
Central Florida from the United Kingdom. Long live the queen
and her English language, right Larry?
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: CBR, Offsite
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Vacation Home, Suite
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent
- Comments: Kevin provided this summary, "Comments:
A lengthy play-by-play of ten days at WDW. We enjoyed numerous
sit-down restaurants, all four theme parks, both water parks,
and a touch of Downtown Disney (mostly for shopping)."
This is a fun report that I'm sure you'll enjoy too.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: ASMoR, Offsite
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Toddler, Adult,
Senior
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran,
Frequent, Infrequent, Rookie, DVC Member
- Comments: Samantha and her family (including
her parents who flew over from the UK), enjoyed a trip that
included the Disney Magic Plan. The plan includes park admission
media and also a couple of "wishes" for each person
each day.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: AKL
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Senior
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Infrequent
- Comments: Sheila and John enjoyed their stay
at Animal Kingdom Lodge. They took in this trip to WDW in a
very laid-back style. Oh, one other neat detail about this trip
is the time that the D'Agostino's spent over at Celebration
just enjoying the small-town atmosphere (they had breakfast
over there a couople times).
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: PR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: This is the fourth trip report this
year from Sheri. Fortunately for all of us, she's still willing
to write them and send them in for posting! As always, this
report is laced with detail and is punctuated with a great trip
summary.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: PORR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent
- Comments: A.J. provides a great narrative of
his trip. He also provides a fantastic list of "lessons-learned"
that can be helpful to any trip planner. Last, he gives his
opinions on the relative quality of Disney versus other parks
around the country. Very interesting reading.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Personal Car
- Resort: CBR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: Mark and Sandy enjoyed a ten day
trip (including drive time) in early July, a time of year that
the Fendrick's usually avoid like the plague. Here's Mark's
concluding remarks, "We did manage to do some new things,
with no lack of new things available for our future trips. Not
bad for a place that I have been coming to regularly since December,
1971 - often multiple times a year!"
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Shuttle Service
- Resort: ASSR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Teen, Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Infrequent
- Comments: Ron provides a concise play-by-play
of his family's trip to WDW in late June. The report, although
a bit terse, is still quite detailed. Ron ends the report with
an interesting summary.

- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: CSR, PR
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran,
Infrequent, Rookie

visit, the Clay's got married! This is a fast-paced report that
covers the wedding and all of the trip details, too.

- Travel Method: Plane, Shuttle Service
- Resort: BCR, AKL

- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Frequent
- Comments: Celebrating a personal "capital
gain," Anne and her family visited WDW and splurged on
concierge service at the Beach Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge
Resorts. This is a great report with lots of detail (including
Anne's own list of abbreviations at the end of the report.)

planners.

Car
- Resort: WL
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Infant, Pre-School,

- Comments: Here's a very eloquent quote from
the end of Gary's report: "Everyone feels that Disney is
responsible for supplying us with an overabundance of magic
because we paid our $50 dollars. That is a feeling that can
ruin your whole vacation and should be left at the entrance
gates. Here is my take on it. We know Disney is all about magic,
but the magic itself isn't only in the show that Disney provides.
I believe some of the magic is in us and Disney is the vehicle
that allows us to feel it."
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Plane, Rental Car
- Resort: Offsite
- Accommodations: 2 Bedroom Vacation Home
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult

- Resort: Offsite
- Accommodations: Standard Room
- Ages Represented in Group: Adult
- WDW Experience Represented in Group: Veteran
- Comments: Sheri took two weekend trips in late
June and combined them into a single report to compare and constrast
the two visits. She also provides a combined list of "the
good, the bad, the ugly and the exceptional" which is a
common feature of Sheri's reports.
- Time of Year: Summer
- Travel Method: Autotrain, Personal Car
- Resort: PORR

- Comments: Susanne does a fantastic job of narrating
her family's trip to WDW in mid-June. The Reardon-Mulhall crew
visits WDW a couple of times a year, so the pace of the vacations
they take is typically relaxing. Fun report, I'm sure you'll
enjoy it!

- Comments: Robin has provided several great
trip reports over the years, and this one is no exception. She
provides a detailed explanation of all that went into planning
the trip, a detailed play-by-play, and a great sumary and lessons-learned
list at the end. Robin's overall conclusion? "...despite
the wretched heat, we had a great time overall."

- Comments: If you want to know how to
do WDW the way you've always wanted to, check out Rosie's report!
Staying at the Grand Floridian, her troupe enjoyed the Discovery
Magic package which includes lots of extras including meals.
Rosie also provides an incredibly detailed pre-trip count down
with all of the details of how things came together.

- Comments: This trip started out as a
non-Disney trip, but as is typical for Sue, it evolved and expanded
into quite the weekend jaunt. Staying at Animal Kingdom
Lodge and enjoying (as usual) the Comedy Warehouse on Pleasure
Island, Sue also enjoyed her time to see some friends in an
off site show. (Note:
As Sue spent a great deal of time at Pleasure Island and in
other adult venues, on this trip, this report has some information
that may not be appropriate for young readers.)
