Standard room - not different from any other standard room
at Disney resorts. Clean, nicely decorated. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

We're frequent Disney visitors, so we wanted to try the new
hotel, especially since we got such an awesome rate! |
Room # and Location Description:

Don't remember room number, but it was the first room on the
left in the 'Zebra' wing (I think it was the zebra wing). On
the 4th flr. |

Check-in and Check-out was very smooth, just like most in
Disney. Not crowded. |

I thought Mara's was a nice mix of self- serve and not, as
you ordered the hot items and they brought them to your table.
Some nice 'different' types of foods, especially liked the Tofu
salad at lunch! Didn't try the buffet restaurant, but Jiko was
awesome!!! |

Very nice pool and slide was perfect for our 5.5 yr. old daughter. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering
This Resort?

Would love to see a jogging/walking trail around the resort
- as a runner, did not have good places to run. Also, a walkway
connection to the Animal Kingdom would also be a great addition
- maybe with some birds or smaller animals along the way!? |

We've stayed at almost every hotel on property and would probably
only return if we got another great rate and if options for
running improve. Not quite sure what makes this the only 5-star
Disney hotel. But it was enjoyable. |
