Smaller rooms than what we're used to (The Contemporary for example),
but not that big of a difference. For the price, it was super-great!
I was a little nervous staying here until we actually arrived and
saw the hotel and our room. It was surprisingly nice! |

Room Location Pros & Cons:

We had a wonderfully located room that was centrally located to
the parking lot, the main pool and the ice machine. Close to everything!
We didn't take the bus since we had a rental car, but I believe we
were very close to the bus area as well. The only negative thing was
(and this was quite aggravating) was that our room was right by the
loading and unloading area for the golf cart-looking vehicles that
deliver towels and things. We would go back to the hotel every day
to take a nap and we were completely awakened by very very very loud
banging... They have a metal ramp that they put on the back of the
vehicle which lets 4 carts down. I don't know what they were doing,
but the noise went on for quite a while! And 2nd con was our bathroom
- we had a 1st floor room which was handicapped accessible (not our
request) and the bathroom had only a shower. The water went ALL over
the entire bathroom during our showers, even with towels on the floor
near the shower curtain... They made the bathrooms that way so wheelchairs
could just roll right in I guess. |

No problems... We checked in before 11 AM and there were only about
2 or 3 people in front of me. Check out was not necessary. |

Not overly crowded. I liked the kiddie pool for my 18 month-old. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?
|
If you are walking to your room from check-in and/or taking the
bus, request a Calypso or Jazz building. Also, request a hair dryer
if you'd like one since they are not already in the room. |
