The room was definitely big enough for myself, my husband &
our 9 year old daughter. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

We stayed at this resort for the valve this time due to us going
on the Disney 7 day cruise next summer. We also like the atmosphere
at the All Star Music. |
Room # and Location Description:

We stayed at the Jazz it was just perfect from the pools. We were
in room 9636 & my parents were in room 9635. Back side by playground. |
Room Location Pros & Cons:

Not bad. Not a real long walk to the pool or food court. My parents
stayed in the room next to us. Where we stayed was mostly quite. |
Check-In / Check-Out Comments:

Checked in around 1:00 pm. Check in time was a bit long it took
almost a hour to check in. We wanted joining room, which they had
in the Broadway, but to far for my parents to walk. so we took the
rooms next to each other at the Jazz which worked out better. We asked
for extra pillows & towels. They were there the same time we got
to our rooms. So was our suitcases. We also had a refrigerator in
my parents room that ended up being a problem. They sent a crib instead.
It took them 9 hours to sent it. But we were in Epcot from check in
time till 10:00 pm other wise we may have had it sooner. When my mother
called down there she had it with in a half hour, after she called
a second time. Said they were busy. check out I had no problem with
my bill. I settled my bill the night before we left so I wouldn't
have to stand in line in the morning & also it gave me time to
look over the bill to make sure everything was right. My mother had
problems with her bill they charged her for the crib, then credited
her bill & then charged her twice for the refrigerator. They straighten
it out she hopes. |
WDW Transportation Comments:

The transportation was great. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes
the most. October seems to be the best time to go not over crowded.
Got into parks with hardly a wait at some of the rides. We weren't
on any of the busses longer than 20 minutes. |
Restaurant / Lounge Review:

Food court. We all thought the food was good there. Prices were
ok. Ice cream I wouldn't get to expense for what they give you. |
Pool Description / Comments:

We liked the guitar pool it was really big. There weren't very many
kids when we went swimming & the pool wasn't over crowded. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?

We liked it at the Jazz & we would go back there again. We really
enjoyed our stay. It was just far enough away , but not to far from
things. The 3rd floor was quite. We really liked saving the money
that we would have spent on the moderate hotels & did other things
like Sea World. |

We liked staying at the Jazz. The guy that cleaned our room was
great. Always had extra towels on our bed without asking, besides
the ones that were hanging up. Room always neat when we got back.
I would stay in the Jazz again. Their really no different than the
moderate ones, in fact I got better service at the All Star Music
than I did at Port Orleans 2 years ago at the same time. Their room
service was terrible. I asked for extra pillows & towels, I got
them 3 hours later after calling the a second time. **NOTE: if you
want extra pillows, towels, etc ask for them when you check in not
later, that's when it takes forever. |
