Two Bedroom Vacation Home / Condo |

We had a one bedroom plus a studio - giving us two bedrooms, a small
kitchen/dining area and two baths. We also had a total of THREE balconies.
We requested (and received ) handicapped accommodations so that may
have changed the layout of our unit as compared to a regular room/suite.
I found the living/dining/kitchen area to be a little small but the
bedrooms and bathrooms were large. We had three balconies and a great
view of the pool/waterway. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

We wanted a "home away from home" for our family trip which included
7 people (4 generations) We were able to have some down time for my
3 year old son and 84 year old grandmother ( okay - and for those
of us somewhere in between). It was nice to be able to prepare breakfast
in the morning and have an enjoyable place to eat dinner in our rooms
when we weren't all up to going out. Wonderful! |
Room # and Location Description:

4068 and 4070. 4068 is a 0ne bedroom with living/dining and kitchen
area and 4070 is a studio which has it's own bathroom, TV, microwave,
coffee maker, mini fridge and wet bar. We were next to the elevators,
overlooking the Luna Park pool. |
Room Location Pros & Cons:

I asked for a room close to the elevators (having read reports of
LONG walks to reach an elevator). Our bed in 4068 shared a wall with
the elevators and they ran all night. I wouldn't stay that close again.
Otherwise a great view, convenient location. |

Great! Only wait was for a bus from Downtown Disney at 7:00 p.m.
to Boardwalk. Very impressive!! |

Spoodles was our favorite. We had dinner there 3 nights. |

It was rather chilly during our stay so we didn't spend much time
at the pool. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This

DON'T STAY IN A ROOM NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR! |

The staff was wonderful. We needed to extend our stay (from 12/23-12/27)
because my grandmother was hospitalized on 12/21 and the resort arranged
everything AND honored the "value season" rate that was in effect
when we checked in. Otherwise the rate would have been $830.00 per
night. I loved the resort and would go back in a minute if there weren't
so many others to try! |
