Overall, I thought this resort was average. Our room was ok, the
floor was stained, our king size bed was broken and no one fixed it
until the second to last day. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

We heard the rooms were bigger than the other moderate resorts.
Also, we want to try a new resort every time we go to Disney. |

Location was perfect. Close to pool and not a long walk to everything
else. |
Check-In / Check-Out Comments:

Check-in was a nightmare. After waiting 25 minutes, we were told
that the room I had requested was not available. Finally, when the
cast member found a room that would work for us, we were told that
it would not be ready until 3:00. I understood because we did arrive
early, but I had never had this problem at any other resort. |

Food was okay, but the dining area was not always clean. |

We didn't use the pool much, it always seemed to busy. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?
|
Get a room in either Martinique or Trinidad North, unless you like
to walk. Also, don't expect to get your luggage when you request it. |
Other Comments:

Overall, this resort did not live up to my Disney standards. The
service was horrible everywhere we went and it really didn't seem
clean. I would not stay at Caribbean Beach resort again. |
