Best location for MK and access to monorail. Hotel has largest rooms
and is actually quiet. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

It was our 4th anniversary and we try to stay at different hotel
each time. |
Room # and Location Description:

4547....Tower room overlooking the castle. If looking at Contemporary,
it's on the 9th floor second room from left. |
Room Location Pros & Cons:

Best location for castle watching and could hear music and sounds
from park. Far enough from restaurants to be bothered by their noise.
And YOU CANNOT hear monorail pass under you. |

It was VERY busy lobby...but no hassles...OF course, we arrived
in at 12 and room wasn't ready until 2. But we just stored luggage
and off to the Magic Kingdom. |
WDW Transportation Comments:

Probably best for easy access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Bus ride
to Marketplace and Downtown Disney longest of any hotel. |
Restaurant / Lounge Review:

Outer rim lounge and California Grill lounges are excellent. Ate
at California Grill for our anniversary and we weren't that impressed.
As a regular WDW visitor (55 trips/29 years old), I just don't understand
all the rave reviews. That's just my opinion. |
Pool Description / Comments:

Excellent pool.....sitting in a pool chair on sand and listening
to guest having fun in speed boats on bay lake and enjoying sun just
is so RELAXING. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?
|
If you have a child.....you CANNOT beat the Contemporary for it's
access to the Magic Kingdom. If you want to just have the BEST
VIEW IN THE WORLD every night and day, a stay in the TOWER with a
Magic Kingdom view is all a die hard Disney fan desires. |
