Accommodations Review:
|
Small but comfortable rooms. Great color scheme, very southwestern.
Thin walls however, so if you have overly-amorous neighbors, as we
did, you may get to hear more than you want. Or if YOU are those neighbors
be warned... people can hear you. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?
|
I had to pick a moderate resort for the package deal. |
Room # and Location Description:
|
Building 9A, Room 9111. |
Room Location Pros & Cons:
|
Pros: Close to main bus stop and El Centro. Right in front of private
pool. Cons: far from Dig Site and next to the elevator, so it's a
bit noisy. |
Check-In / Check-Out Comments:
|
I had two different reservations. Both check-ins were very easy
and painless. Tomas got us the same room when the second reservation
kicked in, so we didn't have to move anything. |
WDW Transportation Comments:
|
Buses were never too far between. Most of the drivers were talkers,
which is like me, so we got along well. |
Restaurant / Lounge Review:
|
We ate at The Pepper Market the first evening there. I had Chinese
and wife had Burger/Fries. We thought it was pretty good for what
it was. |
Pool Description / Comments:
|
We didn't actually use the pools. However, we were in front of one
of the quiet pools and visited the Dig Site on one of the two-seat
surreys. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?
|
Give it a try, we'd definitely go back, but we'd try to get a king
size bed instead of the two twin beds. I'm 6'2" and 230lbs. My wife
is small but she takes up a lot of space on the bed. It was a bit
rough in that respect. Try to get the King sized beds. |
