Accommodations Review:
|
Very clean rooms and quiet. The layout and proximity to stairways
was a little confusing. The bathroom was pretty small. Nice decor
inside. My husband wished there were benches or chairs outside of
the room to sit on. |
Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?
|
Price, theme and Ol' Man Island |
Room # and Location Description:
|
Lodge 17 in alligator bayou. Room 1738. We were originally put in
the Acadian House which would have been closer to the food court and
main pool but it just was not my style. We asked to be switched to
Alligator Bayou and were immediately and upgraded to a pool view. |
Room Location Pros & Cons:
|
Confusing to find stairways that lead to pool. Quite a hike to the
food court, lobby, etc. |
Check-In / Check-Out Comments:
|
Very quick |
WDW Transportation Comments:
|
Took the bus three times and had no problems. Bus driver gave us
some interesting facts on our way to MK. We had a car. |
Restaurant / Lounge Review:
|
Lots to chose from in Food court. Had a good breakfast at Boatwright's.
Realized the bar/lounge had some great snacks and entertainment our
last night. |
Pool Description / Comments:
|
Fun pool- never crowded. |
What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This
Resort?
|
Stay in Alligator Bayou lodge 18. We enjoyed our stay here- it was
very quiet. Rent a boat and take it down the river or take the trip
to downtown Disney. |
