Accommodations Review:

Room faced the garden and had a great balcony. We really missed this at P.O. Tahiti building. Bathroom was very nice and we liked the decorations. Some of the lights were not working well and some spots on carpet. Nice size room. Liked the daybed.

Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

Terrific price and LOCATION!

Room # and Location Description:

Tahiti Nice size room- 2 queen beds and daybed. large bathroom. Something seemed to need upgrading. Maybe renovations are happening in this building.

Room Location Pros & Cons:

Right next door to TTC, monorail. Building was the furthest from the pool. Nice beach by our building and it was quiet. Close to steps and elevator.

Check-In / Check-Out Comments:

Much longer wait than Port Orleans, but no problems. We did express check-out.

WDW Transportation Comments:

Couldn't be better. We took both the monorail and launch to Magic Kingdom and monorail to Epcot. Never needed our car.

Restaurant / Lounge Review:

'Ohana was great. pool bar was nice to have a drink on the beach. The snack bar was often crowded and very small. We were used to have a large food court and selection of food at Port Orleans.

Pool Description / Comments:

Wonderful - My husband and I loved the slide but it was too much for my son-almost 4 years. He loved to listen to the music underwater and loved that he could touch in so many places.

What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This Resort?

Watch the fireworks and light parade from the beach. We used to live in Hawaii and this resort brought back some great memories to us. It was very relaxing. Check out the calendar of events going on at the hotel. One afternoon when it was raining, we took my son to the Neverland club and let him play- really neat place. They do not charge during the day, just have to stay there with you child.

Other Comments:

My son's birthday was a week away. I asked if they did anything for birthdays. They sent a cake, party hats, candles, noisemakers, plates, tablecloth, a Mickey balloon and birthday card and set it up on our table for no charge! My son was so surprised. Very nice touch.
