Accommodations Review:

Totally Disney. This is a wonderful resort with everything you hope for when you stay at a Disney property. The atmosphere was so authentic it almost felt like we were in the Pacific NW. The attention to detail and little touches make it very special. The one bedroom villa is the perfect size for a family to relax during that all important afternoon break without getting under each others feet. We only used the full kitchen to store leftovers but I can see how it can be a real money saver. Though I prefer the layout of the Old Key West villas better I found these rooms cozy, family friendly, very clean and a good value for the money. I highly recommend this resort if it is within your budget.

Why Did you Select This Resort for your Stay?

We wanted the extra space that a one bedroom villa would offer.

Room # and Location Description:

Room 2057, overlooking the quiet pool with a small view of the water. We we able to see part of the water parade from our room. Very nice and very quiet.

Room Location Pros & Cons:

Pros were the water view, there were no cons

Check-In / Check-Out Comments:

Very quick and efficient. We checked in at 10am and of course our room wasn't ready. We had lunch at Whispering Canyon (fair) and by the time we were finished our room was ready. Excellent service

WDW Transportation Comments:

Very efficient, though I didn't like having to transfer at the Transportation Center to get to several locations. We used our car after the 2nd day.

Restaurant / Lounge Review:

Roaring Fork, good value for a quick snack or meal for the kids. Whispering Canyon was fair, though some of the antics made it worth while.

Pool Description / Comments:

The kids loved the main pool. Especially the waterfall that made you have to swim "up stream."

What Suggestions Would you Give Anyone that is Considering This Resort?

If it's in the budget, go for it. Great location and super atmosphere.

Other Comments:

The bed in the bedroom was nice and hard. One of the better hotel beds I've ever slept in. Enjoy
