Tomorrowland - Photo Tour

Photos by Brian Bennett (unless otherwise stated)

Welcome to the Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland!  The pictures of this photo tour came from my own visits to WDW, but I've also tossed in some pictures by fellow MousePlaneteers and a few others from MousePlanet readers. All photographs will be credited appropriately throughout the tour, of course.

On the far right, as you enter the land from the hub, is a very strange restaurant. The Plaza Pavilion is located between the park's central hub and Tomorrowland. The counter-service restaurant is completely under cover (which is nice in a rainstorm), but is almost totally devoid of theme, decoration, or atmosphere. Since it's so incredibly large, the Pavilion is a good place to catch a bite when it's close to meal time and the crowds have built up.

One redeeming factor for the Plaza Pavilion is that it serves pizza, so if you have a pepperoni and cheese fan in your family, you might want to consider stopping in for lunch.

Continuing on into Tomorrowland proper, the main avenue into Tomorrowland passes between the two buildings of the Tomorrowland Convention Center.

In one exhibit hall of the Convention Center, you can enjoy a demonstration of a teleportation device by the huge intergalatic corporation XS Tech.

On the other side is a demonstration of a time travel machine demonstrated by the Timekeeper and a robotic probe called Nine-Eye.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin is just around the corner from Timekeeper. The idea is simple. All you have to do is go through a series of rooms and blast the bad guys with your laser (targets are thoughtfully provided).
