Brian's Review
The Bistro is only open for dinner.
It is located above
Chefs De France and overlooks the World Showcase promenade and
lagoon.

The menu is limited (and pricey), the service very
formal -- and impeccably perfect,
and the overall effect is very upscale. If you're looking for a
romantic, intimate dinner, this might just be the place.

Brian's Review
A double file line forms as the pastries are displayed in two rows of
counters. Generally, the choices are the same on each side.
As you can see in the picture above, lines for the Patisserie form at
all times, but especially during meal times. The folks in the
queue above are late night snackers, as the picture was taken between
eight and nine pm.

The only seating that is available is
inside the store at the very back of the pavilion. Some

Brian's Review
Chefs is an excellent restaurant with top notch service. The atmosphere is
plain, not too fancy, but elegant. The tables are fairly small, too, so a group of four will
have quite a time balancing all of their
dishes during an extensive dinner. Actually, I had avoided this restaurant
for years because I perceived it as being very, very expensive. As it turns out, it really
isn't much more expensive than many of the other restaurants in EPCOT and the rest of WDW.
Since we first visited Chefs de France in 1995, we've returned many
times. The meals are always top notch, and the service tends to be
good to very good. In 1997, the restaurant was expanded to include the space formerly
occupied by Le Petite Cafe (the casual, outdoor cafe). The whole now serves from a common
menu.
