Brian's Review
The atmosphere at this Norwegian eatery was a bit depressing. It featured a very low
ceiling, masonry walls, slate floor, and plain wooden furniture.
The buffet itself was smaller
than I had expected, but it did have many authentic dishes. Possibly because the buffet selections didn't do much for
our landlubber's pallets we were a bit disappointed. My father, who was with us on the
trip when we went to Akershus, summarized it as, "too Norwegian." Some people
love this stuff, we had fun trying the various foods, but haven't felt compelled to return.

Comments
Many wonderful pastries (not as rich or heavy as the French ones
available across the lagoon) are the prime cuisine here.
